Role Description This is a part tims remote Servicenow TPRM Trainer role. The trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and updating ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) training programs for diverse learner groups. Day-to-day activities include planning course content, creating training materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, and providing one-on-one guidance to participants. The role also involves assessing learner progress, offering feedback, and adapting teaching methods based on learner needs and industry updates.



Collaboration with the curriculum team to maintain up-to-date modules, align training with certification requirements, and incorporate practical case studies is an important part of this position. Qualifications
• Strong Information Technology skills, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow and understanding of TPRM or related risk management domains.
• Demonstrated Teaching, Training, and Lecturing experience, preferably in enterprise platforms or professional technical education.
• Background in Software Development or configuration within ServiceNow or similar IT platforms, enabling practical demonstrations and labs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to wide-ranging audiences.
• Experience creating curricula, training materials, and assessments, with a focus on practical, scenario-based learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively, stay current with platform updates and industry standards, and support learners with diverse backgrounds.
