Vashi, Navi Mumbai Industry: Oil & Gas / Engineering Design Immediate Joinee Preferred Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager/ Peoples Manager with strong experience in Oil & Gas engineering consultancy and detailed design companies. What will you Lead
• Translate PMech’s business plans, project pipeline, and capability priorities into a rolling workforce plan, hiring priorities, and succession hiring plan.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, project management, discipline leadership, proposals, and corporate roles. Build strong pipelines for hard-to-find oil and gas and EPCM talent.
• Personally lead senior and business-critical hiring, including role definition, sourcing strategy, assessment, offer decisions, and candidate close.
• Build PMech’s employer proposition for experienced engineers and emerging talent. Strengthen referrals, qualified networks, and targeted market mapping.
• Advise Directors and HODs on organization design, role clarity, leadership capability, team structure, and change affecting project delivery.
• Create practical performance, career development, and retention approaches for technical talent.
• Oversee various frameworks, HR policies, employee relations, workforce,



and statutory compliance in India.
• Coach the HR team. Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology
• Approximately 15 or more years of progressive HR experience, including an engineering consultancy, EPC/EPCM contractor, oil and gas, energy business.
• A strong, demonstrable recruitment background is essential: substantial experience building technical talent pipelines and hiring engineers and project professionals in O&G; or adjacent industries.
• Experience leading both strategic HR work and hands-on execution in a multidisciplinary organization with changing project requirements.
• Strong track record in senior hiring, organization development and performance management.
• Value driven approach, empathetic and firm.
