We handle the full journey. What the role is Around 2,000 students sign up with us every month to plan their master's abroad. Many of them need a real person to talk them through it. We're looking for experienced counsellors who want to do that on their own hours, from wherever they are, and get paid for every student they enrol. You'll be coaching and closing. You speak with students who have already signed up with us, so there's no cold calling. You find out where they want to study and what they can afford, build the plan with them, and take them to a paid Nbyula plan. It's genuine advising, but it carries a target. The one fixed commitment:



you speak with 10 students every 3 days. Pick your own hours, but keep that pace. Earning potential: ₹1.8L to ₹7L a year. Your earnings depend on how many students you enrol, and there's no cap. You're a fit if
• You have at least a year as an academic or admissions counsellor, education consultant, or inside-sales rep who sold a programme, course or service.
• You've worked at an edtech (upGrad, Simplilearn, Scaler, PhysicsWallah, Unacademy) or a study abroad firm (Leap, Yocket, IDP, AECC). Helpful, not required: we screen on how much you closed, not where you worked.
• You can quote your own numbers without checking: students spoken to a day, conversion rate, your best month.
• You see counselling and selling as the same job.
• You have a quiet place to take calls, a laptop and reliable internet. What you get
