Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a full time, in office position based in Tiruchirappalli. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing ppc ads, social media ad accounts, coordinating online marketing initiatives, analyzing web and campaign performance data, and preparing performance reports with actionable insights. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with business goals, maintaining consistent brand messaging,



and experimenting with new tools and tactics to improve campaign effectiveness. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong pay per click in search and Social Media channels including campaign planning, content coordination, and audience engagement.
• Candidates should possess Digital Marketing with experience in multi-channel campaigns (search, social, email, and display).
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to track and interpret performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and present data-driven insights clearly.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with marketing automation tools, basic SEO/SEM knowledge, and experience working with B2B or high-growth companies.
