This role is responsible for accurately entering, dms report to sales heads, updating, and maintaining customer, vehicle, and transaction data in dealership systems. Day-to-day tasks include verifying documents, checking data for completeness and accuracy, and organizing electronic and paper records. The specialist collaborates with sales and service teams to ensure timely data entry that supports billing, inventory tracking, and reporting. The role may also involve basic administrative support such as preparing simple reports,



responding to internal information requests, and assisting with front-office documentation. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Typing skills and solid Computer Literacy for efficient and accurate data entry.
