Role Description The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Bengaluru, ensuring work is executed according to plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. This full-time, in office role includes coordinating with contractors, workers, and vendors; monitoring progress against schedules; and reporting site status to project managers and senior leadership. The Site Supervisor will verify materials and workmanship, manage basic site documentation, and support adherence to timelines and budgets. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety norms, resolving minor on-site issues,



and maintaining explicit communication among all stakeholders. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, methods, and materials, particularly in residential, commercial, or plotted development projects.
• Experience in site supervision, including coordination of labor, contractors, and vendors, and monitoring daily work progress.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and basic project documentation, and to report deviations or risks promptly.
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards, with the ability to enforce safe work practices on site.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple site activities and meet project milestones.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project managers, consultants, and client representatives.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, site reporting apps) for documentation and progress tracking.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; relevant experience in site supervision will be highly valued.
