Role Description The Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant is a full-time role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. In this position, the consultant analyzes client business processes, gathers requirements, and designs Dynamics 365 solutions that align with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workshops, documenting functional specifications, configuring Dynamics 365 modules, and supporting testing and user training. The consultant works closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation, data migration, and integration with other systems. The role also involves providing ongoing consulting support,



troubleshooting functional issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of client solutions and internal best practices. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business requirements, interpret data, and translate insights into Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business process analysis and design, including mapping current processes and defining optimized workflows within Dynamics 365.
• Consulting skills to manage client expectations, build trusted relationships, and deliver value-focused solutions.
• Finance domain knowledge to support configuration of financial modules, reporting, and related business scenarios in Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O;) configurations, customizations, and user training.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and their integration with Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing client needs.
