Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamshedpur. This role involves editing raw video footage into cohesive, polished content for digital campaigns, social media, and branded materials. The Video Editor will collaborate with producers, designers, and marketing teams to understand project goals and ensure that video outputs align with brand strategy and performance objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include selecting and assembling clips, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, performing color corrections, and preparing final exports in appropriate formats. The role also requires maintaining organized project files, meeting deadlines,



and contributing creative ideas to improve visual storytelling and audience engagement. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating high-quality visual content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and professional visual tone.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance videos with dynamic visual elements.
• Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and an understanding of digital and social media formats.
