We are a British, UK-headquartered global commerce company operating across the UK, US, EU, UAE, Canada, India, and China. Working from our Gurugram office, you’ll coordinate live warehouse operations with our UK Fulfilment team, helping ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one. You must be comfortable speaking up, giving clear instructions, following through, and spotting issues before they affect execution. What you’ll do
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities with our UK team through live operational calls.
• Monitor order queues and follow up on picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch.
• Check order and shipping details carefully, identifying errors and discrepancies.
• Communicate priorities clearly and track tasks through to completion.
• Help resolve operational issues and escalate promptly when needed.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and workflow documentation.
• Work with Procurement, Customer Operations, and other teams to keep orders moving. Who we’re looking for
