• Prior experience in asset valuation is mandatory.
• Valuers registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) are preferred. Candidates with strong technical knowledge and relevant asset valuation experience may also apply. YOUR ROLE
• Prepare and draft valuation reports for fixed assets, including land, buildings, plant and machinery, and other tangible assets.




• Undertake local and pan-India site visits as required.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, collect market and technical data, and analyse assignment requirements for the valuation of flats, shops, offices, land, buildings, and plant and machinery.
• Review technical and commercial information to support valuation assessments and reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and other stakeholders so assignments are completed accurately and on time.
• Work closely with senior valuers and technical teams, progressively taking ownership of assignments. You will receive extensive on-the-job training and exposure to a wide range of valuation assignments. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR In addition to the qualifications and experience above:
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and AI tools.
• A proactive approach, curiosity, ownership and a solid willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and assignments across India. Candidates must be based in Hyderabad. Knowledge of Telugu is an advantage. BENEFITS
