Why this role existsOur Principal Architect sets the design vision for Levonor and works from outside India. As we grow, we need a senior architect right here in Hyderabad to carry that vision through to the very last detail on site.

That's where you come in. You'll be the Principal Architect's trusted partner on the ground and the day-to-day leader and mentor of our design studio. Together, you'll make every Levonor home something people are proud to live in, and something the city notices.





What you will doLead design delivery

- Turn the Principal Architect's concepts into detailed designs, working drawings and good-for-construction packages
- Own design quality across all projects, from master plans and unit layouts to facades, amenities and finishes
- Make sure every plan lives up to our principles: efficient layouts, no wasted space, and homes that are a joy to live in

Lead on site

- Visit project sites regularly to resolve design queries and make sure construction matches the design intent
- Work closely with the Projects team, contractors and site engineers to solve problems quickly without compromising quality
- Review mock-ups, samples and model flats before they are approved

Coordinate consultants and approvals

- Coordinate structural, MEP, landscape, interior and facade consultants so drawings are integrated and clash-free
- Guide statutory approvals with GHMC, HMDA, TS-bPASS, RERA and other authorities, in line with Telangana building rules
- Support green building goals and certifications where projects target them

Balance design, cost and time

- Work with the Quantity Surveying and Projects teams on value engineering, material choices and specifications
- Keep design schedules on track so construction never waits for drawings

Support the brand and sales

- Help the Sales and Marketing teams with floor plans, renders, brochures and project presentations
- Present designs confidently to leadership, landowners and customers when needed

How you'll work with the teamWith the Principal Architect: you'll be their eyes, ears and hands in Hyderabad. You'll hold regular reviews across time zones, keep them closely involved in key design decisions, and carry their vision forward with respect and ownership. This is a partnership,



not a handover.

With the in-house design team: you'll lead and mentor our Senior Architect and Junior Architects. You'll plan and share the work, review drawings, build good design habits, and create a studio where people enjoy coming to work and grow quickly.

With the wider company: you'll be the design voice in the room with Projects, Sales, Finance and Leadership, explaining design choices clearly and finding solutions that work for everyone.

Experience and skillsMust have

- 15 to 20 years of architectural practice, with at least 8 years leading residential projects such as high-rise apartments, gated communities or villas
- At least two projects taken from concept to handover
- Bachelor of Architecture and current registration with the Council of Architecture
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of architects
- Strong working knowledge of Telangana building rules, GHMC and HMDA approvals, TS-bPASS, RERA and the National Building Code
- Hands-on command of AutoCAD, plus working knowledge of Revit or BIM and SketchUp
- Strong site experience and a positive understanding of construction methods, materials and costs
- Clear, confident communication in English

Good to have

- Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design or a related field
- Experience with green building certifications such as IGBC or GRIHA
- Experience working with overseas or remote design leads
- Familiarity with rendering tools such as Lumion, Enscape or V-Ray
- Telugu or Hindi, for easier work with site teams and authorities
