Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Ahmedabad. The Salesperson will identify and approach potential customers, including distributors, retailers, contractors, and project owners, to promote PolyRaj pipes and water tanks. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales visits, explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing orders.

The role involves maintaining regular contact with existing clients, resolving inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery, and tracking sales performance against targets.



The Salesperson will also gather market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and support promotional activities such as trade shows or local marketing events.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to understand technical product features related to pipes, fittings, and water tanks, and explain them clearly to customers.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in en_US and local languages as applicable.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones, email, and office software for reporting and documentation.
- Prior experience in field sales, industrial products, building materials, or plumbing supplies is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site customer visits, travel within and around Ahmedabad, and working in outdoor or warehouse environments as needed.
- Strong time management, self-motivation, and ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
