Company Description QQ Engineering & Consulting (QQEC) is an independent consulting company specializing in renewable energy, offering Energy System Advisory and Engineering services across solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and hybrid plants. QQEC’s in-house team of renewable energy consultants is based in Anand, Gujarat, India, and is equipped with modern tools and software to deliver high-quality, comprehensive services.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Specialist located in Anand, Gujarat.

The Quality Control

Specialist will be responsible for planning and performing quality checks on engineering deliverables, technical reports, and project documentation to ensure they meet internal standards and client requirements. Daily activities include reviewing drawings and calculations, verifying compliance with relevant codes,



guidelines, and quality procedures, and documenting findings for continuous improvement. The role involves collaborating with project engineers and consultants to resolve quality issues, supporting internal and external audits, and maintaining accurate quality records. The specialist will also help refine quality processes, contribute to risk assessments, and support training on quality practices for project teams.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for engineering or consulting projects.
- Experience with Quality Management systems and continuous improvement practices.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or equivalent quality standards and guidelines relevant to technical services.
- Ability to conduct Quality Auditing, including preparing audit checklists, executing audits, and documenting corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Robust analytical, documentation, and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS, or power systems) is an advantage.
- Proficiency with common office and engineering software tools; experience with QA/QC tools or platforms is a plus.
