We’re looking for an editor who can watch a long conversation, find a compelling story inside it and turn it into a trailer that makes someone want to watch the full episode.

You’ll work on podcast trailers and promotional edits, including for The Secret Sauce. You should enjoy English-language podcasts and have a feel for curiosity, tension, humour and emotion.

What you’ll do

- Watch full episodes and build trailers around a transparent idea.
- Choose strong moments and shape the opening, progression and ending.
- Use motion graphics, typography, B-roll, images and visual explanations where they help the story.
- Handle music, sound design, dialogue cleanup, colour correction and subtitles.
- Create versions for YouTube and social platforms.
- Keep projects organised so feedback and revisions are straightforward.

Your profile





You’re comfortable with Premiere Pro and After Effects, with work that demonstrates your editing and motion graphics skills.

You know how to build interest through pacing, pauses, music and visual choices. You understand the conversation well enough to preserve what the guest means when you move or shorten a line.

You follow podcasts and can explain what makes a trailer work. Your portfolio and judgement matter more than a long list of software.

Success looks like The trailer holds attention, gives viewers a clear reason to care and makes them curious about the full conversation. The graphics and sound support the story, and the finished edit feels intentional.
