We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional with Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; specialization in Port, Coastal, Marine, or Structural Engineering preferred. At least 10 years of experience in planning, design, construction, operation, or verification of port and marine infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in project management, research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and client coordination, with experience in preparing reports, presentations, and supporting planning and consulting assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical assessment and verification of port and marine infrastructure assets and facilities.

Review project planning, design, construction and implementation against approved DPRs, drawings and specifications.

Verify physical existence, quantity, capacity, specifications and operational status of project assets.

Assess technical adequacy and eligibility of capital investments and identify unsupported or non-compliant works.





Conduct site inspections and coordinate with other technical experts for asset-wise verification and documentation.

Review technical documentation, BOQs, drawings, specifications and measurement records supporting capital investments.

Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical and financial experts to ensure comprehensive asset-wise verification.

Support identification and assessment of additional, modified or major expansion works against applicable approvals and project requirements.

Provide technical inputs for preparation of verification reports, evidence matrices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Specialization in Port, Coastal, Marine, or Structural Engineering will be preferred.

Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Solid experience in port and marine infrastructure projects.

Experience in planning, design, construction, and operation of port/marine infrastructure.
