TechySharks is a Pune-based performance marketing agency that works only in real estate. We’re hiring a Performance Marketer to run lead-generation campaigns for 10+ developers and channel partners, and to be the main point of contact for those clients.

What you’ll do

- Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads lead-generation campaigns
- Manage budgets, audiences, bidding and creative testing
- Track cost per lead, lead quality and site visits, and act on the numbers
- Brief our in-house creative team on videos and ad images
- Speak with clients regularly: share reports, explain results, agree next steps

What we need

- 1–3 years running lead-gen campaigns on BOTH Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Clear spoken and written English and Hindi for client calls and reports
- Real estate lead-gen experience is a solid plus
- Immediate joining, or within 15 days The details
- ₹35,000 per month, plus good incentives linked to client results
- Full-time, Bavdhan, Pune, 6 days a week
