Role Description The Outreach Specialist is a part time, remote role focused on growing and engaging LYFeX’s user community. In this role, you will identify and connect with potential hosts, participants, and community leaders who can benefit from LYFeX’s live, interactive platform. You will conduct outreach through digital channels, build relationships, and encourage individuals and groups to create and join live sessions aligned with their interests and expertise.

Day-to-day tasks include researching relevant communities, crafting personalized messages, responding to inquiries,



and supporting new users as they onboard to the platform. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to share user feedback, suggest improvements, and help shape outreach campaigns that strengthen participation and community growth.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills, including clear, inclusive, and professional messaging across digital channels.
- Customer Service experience with a focus on supporting users, resolving questions, and ensuring positive engagement throughout the outreach process.
- Research and Community Outreach skills to identify relevant audiences, map communities, and develop thoughtful approaches for engagement.
- Confident Writing skills for crafting outreach messages, community updates, and basic content that explains LYFeX’s value and features.
- Familiarity with online communities, social platforms, or live audio/video tools, and comfort speaking with diverse groups and individuals.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously.
- Prior experience in community building, digital outreach, or grassroots engagement is beneficial; background in communications, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
