We are looking for energetic volunteers who can assist with on-ground event management while actively capturing high-quality visual content (photos, videos, and Instagram Reels) throughout the meet-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Photography & Videography: Capture high-resolution candid photos, group shots, and key speaking moments of Dr. B.L. Vohra and the participants.
- Reel Creation: Shoot vertical video clips (B-roll, participant bytes, behind-the-scenes, and key takeaways).
- Attendee & Session Coordination: Assist with the registration desk and smooth Q&A; transitions.
- Logistics Support: Coordinate with the venue staff regarding audio-visual setup and refreshments.
