Job Title: Guest Service Associate – F&B; Service

Job Summary The Guest Service Associate (F&B; Service) is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing courteous, productive, and professional service to guests. The role ensures smooth day-to-day restaurant operations, adherence to service standards, and high levels of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set up, cleared, and maintained before, during, and after service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond proactively to requests, feedback, and complaints.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.




- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas.
- Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant, including mise en place and service preparation.
- Support inventory control and minimize wastage wherever possible.
- Uphold grooming and personal hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle additional responsibilities as directed by the manager.
- Adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring consistent brand representation and integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum Higher Secondary or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Prior experience in F&B; service or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
