From brand activations and corporate events to creative campaigns and immersive experiences, we work across disciplines to turn ideas into real-world impact.

The RoleWe're looking for a curious, confident and street-smart Generalist Intern who is genuinely excited about experiential marketing and eager to learn how projects come together, from the first idea to final execution.

This isn't a role limited to one department. You'll gain hands-on exposure to strategy, creative, client servicing, business development, production and operations, working closely with the team on live projects.

What You'll Be Doing✦ Research, brainstorming and creative conceptualisation.

✦ Client communication, meetings, emails and follow-ups.

✦ Vendor, venue, material and resource sourcing.

✦ Preparing presentations, proposals and project documentation.

✦ Supporting campaign development, project coordination and execution.

✦ Attending site visits, vendor meetings and on-ground events.

✦ Taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring they reach completion.

✅ Ownership-driven: Someone who takes responsibility, follows through and doesn't need constant supervision.

✅ Confident & proactive: Comfortable communicating with people,



taking initiative and navigating new situations.

✅ Curious & versatile: Eager to explore different aspects of experiential marketing rather than restricting themselves to one specialisation.

✅ Organised & dependable: Strong communication, time management and attention to detail.

✅ Flexible & travel-ready: Comfortable travelling for meetings, site visits and event execution as required.

Experience & Qualifications✅We value practical thinking, initiative, accountability and a willingness to learn over formal qualifications.

✅Whether you've organised a college event, worked on a freelance assignment, started a personal project, managed a community initiative or independently conceptualised a creative idea, we'd love to see it.

✅Tools - Canva, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, AI or similar tools are an advantage.
