Asymbl, Inc. | Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Asymbl is the workforce orchestration company bringing together workforce applications to hire human workers, digital labor strategy to onboard digital workers, and platform expertise to bring it all together. We help businesses attract, design, manage, and scale hybrid workforces that drive more meaningful business impact, faster. Workforce orchestration aligns strategy, process, and technology so the right work is done by the right worker with clarity and accountability.
We believe the future of work isn't human or digital. It's human and digital, orchestrated as one.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Full Stack Engineering Lead to lead a team of full stack engineers building the Asymbl Intelligence platform. You will turn the architecture set by our Enterprise Architect into working, production-grade software across Talent Intelligence, Slack integration and Rosa, our Agentforce-based digital worker, while staying hands-on in the code yourself.
You own how the team delivers: the quality of what ships, the pace it ships at, and the growth of the engineers who build it.
Why Join Us
At Asymbl, you will lead engineering on AI-native products that are changing how businesses hire and manage hybrid teams of people and digital workers. Your decisions on design, quality and delivery will directly shape the product our customers use.

- Work with the Enterprise Architect on technical trade-offs and raise risks early

- Build a culture of ownership, learning and clear communication
Delivery and quality
- Own on-time, high-quality delivery of features across the stack

- Make sure features are observable in production and lead the response to production issues
Collaboration
- Act as the main engineering point of contact for product and stakeholders,
including teams in the US
- Translate technical decisions into clear updates for non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Equivalent hands-on experience building and leading production software teams is valued as much as the degree
- 7 to 10 years of professional software engineering experience

- A track record of shipping and running full-stack web applications in production
- Great JavaScript/TypeScript skills and experience with a modern front-end framework such as React
