- Track samples, fabric requirements, production timelines and garment quantities.
- Coordinate with tailors, suppliers and production partners.
- Maintain production trackers and documentation.
- Assist with inventory, stock records and product categorisation.
- Support packaging, garment labels, care labels, hang tags and shipping requirements.

5. Campaign & Photoshoot Coordination

- Assist with campaign research, references and moodboards.
- Research and shortlist models, photographers, locations and other creative collaborators.
- Coordinate model availability, measurements, fittings and schedules.
- Assist with shoot planning, call sheets, garment preparation, props and styling requirements.
- Support shoot-day logistics and post-production coordination.

You'll work within a collaborative team structure:
- Founder & Creative Lead: Leads the collection vision, creative direction, product development and final creative decisions.
- Head of Marketing & Brand: Leads brand strategy, marketing, pricing, positioning, sales funnels, customer experience and launch strategy.
- Operations & Partnerships: Leads vendor management, production operations, people coordination, partnerships, logistics and operational systems.
- Fashion & Creative Operations Intern: Supports all three functions through research, sourcing, coordination, documentation and execution.

- You'll have the opportunity to work across disciplines and understand how the different parts of a fashion business come together. We're looking for someone who is:
