Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based financial software architecture and integration techniques.
- Ability to customize and configure financial applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a cloud environment.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in financial software projects.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
