? WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Senior Civil Engineer to join our Projects Team, with hands-on experience in construction execution, interior fit-out projects, MEP coordination, project planning, billing and quality control.

Position: Senior Civil Engineer – Projects

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 7+ Years

Project Exposure: Civil Construction, Interior Fit-Out & MEP Works

Key Responsibilities

- Civil & Interior Fit-Out Execution
- Manage and supervise day-to-day civil construction and interior fit-out activities.
- Handle flooring, false ceiling, partitions, painting, carpentry, joinery, doors, glazing and finishing works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- MEP Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting and drainage works.
- Ensure proper integration of civil, interior and MEP services.
- Review MEP drawings and resolve site execution and coordination issues.
- Project Planning & Monitoring
- Prepare project execution plans, work schedules and milestone trackers.
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules.
- Identify delays, critical activities and potential project risks.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Billing & Commercial Management
- Prepare and verify contractor RA bills and final bills.
- Check measurements, BOQ quantities and executed work quantities.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis and variation statements.
- Monitor material consumption and support project cost control.
- Quality Control




- Ensure quality compliance as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and verify workmanship.
- Maintain inspection checklists, quality reports and testing records.
- Identify defects and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records and measurement books.
- Coordinate with project management, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Maintain material approvals, technical submittals and project documentation.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging and project handover.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of Civil, Interior Fit-Out and MEP works.
- Hands-on experience in project execution, planning, billing and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, interior and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and contractor billing.
- Experience in project scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and MS Project / Primavera will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant construction project experience.
- Experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects is preferred.
- Practical exposure to Civil & MEP coordination is essential.
- Candidates capable of independently managing site execution, planning, billing and quality control will be preferred.
