About GetCompanion GetCompanion is a human companionship platform that helps people connect through chat, audio calls and video interactions. Your role ● Engage in friendly and respectful conversations over chat, audio and video. ● Listen with empathy when customers share their thoughts, feelings or everyday experiences. ● Connect with people over shared interests, hobbies and conversations. ● Maintain confidentiality and appropriate boundaries. ● Follow GetCompanion's conversation guidelines and escalation process. ● Share feedback to help improve the customer experience. This is a non-clinical companionship role.



It does not involve psychological assessment, diagnosis, counselling or therapy. Who can apply? ● Graduates in psychology. ● Individuals with robust communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of an additional regional language is an advantage. ● People who are empathetic, patient and comfortable engaging in conversations. ● Candidates who can commit to at least 24 hours of online availability per week.

What we offer
● Work from anywhere and choose flexible login hours, subject to the weekly availability requirement. ● Weekly payouts to your bank account or UPI. ● 60% of the revenue generated through your interactions, calculated excluding GST. ● Training and guidance on platform use, conversation standards and boundaries. ● A remote interview process. Earnings depend on paid customer interactions. Online availability does not guarantee paid sessions or a fixed income.
