Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and business-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across Technology and Business functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing and screening capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for recruiters who focus on quality of hire over sourcing volume, take complete ownership of positions, and consistently drive successful hiring outcomes through proactive stakeholder engagement and strong candidate assessment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct detailed candidate screening and assessment to evaluate technical, functional, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Challenge and refine hiring requirements wherever required to improve hiring outcomes.




• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market intelligence, and talent availability.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining high quality-of-hire standards.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports. Required Skills
• 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and partnering with Hiring Managers.
• Excellent sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping capabilities.
• Strong candidate screening and assessment skills.
• Proven ability to deliver quality hires across Technology and Business functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a target-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tools.
• Robust data management and reporting skills. Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
