Key Responsibilities
1. Overhead Planning & Budgeting
• Partner with HR, IT, Marketing, Corporate and other support functions.
• Lead annual overhead budgeting and periodic forecasting across functions.
• Review assumptions and ensure budgets are aligned with business priorities.
• Develop driver-based models for overhead planning. 2. Monthly Overhead Review
• Conduct detailed monthly reviews of overhead expenses across all functions.
• Drive automation of reports and provide insightful analysis.
• Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure timely closure of accounting and provisioning-related issues. 3. Cost Governance & Optimization
• Establish governance around discretionary spending.
• Identify productivity and efficiency opportunities.
• Monitor compliance with approval matrices and spending policies.
• Highlight risks and opportunities to leadership. Skills

• CA 2–3 years of experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance, or Controllership
