Working Hours
4 hours per day – Evening Shift Qualification
• MD / DNB in Microbiology.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and validate microbiology test results and diagnostic reports.
• Provide expert guidance on microbiological investigations and interpretation of results.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of microbiology reporting.
• Monitor adherence to laboratory SOPs, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support quality control activities and troubleshooting of microbiology-related issues.
• Coordinate with laboratory technicians and other healthcare professionals to resolve technical queries.
• Ensure timely and reliable reporting while maintaining patient confidentiality. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of clinical microbiology and diagnostic procedures.
• Good analytical and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of laboratory quality standards and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with laboratory teams.
