About Techdome Techdome is a product engineering company founded in 2020, with a team of 150+ across Hyderabad and Indore. The Role We are looking for a Legal Associate to support our corporate and commercial legal work. This is a hands-on role for a fresh graduate or early-career lawyer who wants broad exposure to corporate law in a quick-growing technology company.

What You'll Do
• Draft and review commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements and vendor agreements.
• Support corporate compliance under the Companies Act, including board resolutions, minutes, statutory registers and ROC filings.
• Maintain a contract register and track renewals,



deadlines and compliance dates.
• Prepare and review employment documents such as offer letters, appointment letters and HR policies.
• Assist with due diligence, legal research and documentation for business transactions.
