About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical graduate to join our People Team as a Payroll Intern. This role offers hands on exposure to Payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee life cycle transactions, HR analytics and process automation initiatives. What You’ll Do
• Support end-to-end payroll activities, including Payroll inputs, data validation and reconciliations.
• Assist in statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax and other labor regulations.
• Resolve employee queries related to salary, tax, attendance, leave and payroll processes.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards and workforce analytics.
• Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance across HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and HR Tech teams on process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain process documentation, trackers and compliance records. Internship Projects Project 1
- Payroll Compliance and Process Optimization
• Review payroll workflows and statutory processes.




• Identify process gaps and recommend automation opportunities
• Create compliance trackers and process documentation. Project 2 – HR Analytics and Dashboard Development
• Build interactive dashboard for headcount, attrition, leave utilization, attendance and payroll analytics.
• Generate actionable insights to support data-driven decision making. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good to have Python, SQL, PowerBI and Basic understanding of data visualization and reporting concepts. What You Will Learn During the Internship
