• Responsible for Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email channels.
• Responsible for Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
• Responsible for Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the system.




• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
