The ideal candidate will have a robust background in vendor management and procurement, ensuring that our organization maintains effective relationships with suppliers and optimizes procurement processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and ensure that the right vendors are selected to meet those needs. Additionally, you will monitor vendor performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure that service levels are met.

Key responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining robust relationships with vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Conducting market research to identify potential vendors and assess their capabilities.




Negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors to achieve the best value for the organization.
Monitoring vendor performance and conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with service agreements.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align vendor capabilities accordingly.
Maintaining accurate records of vendor contracts, performance metrics, and procurement activities.
