The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling various home loan products, including housing loans, mortgage loans, and loans against property. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on building relationships with potential clients and guiding them through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Provide detailed information about home loan options, interest rates, and repayment plans to clients.
Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
Maintain a strong understanding of the housing finance market and stay updated on industry trends.




Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other stakeholders to generate leads.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of home loans, housing loans, mortgage loans, and loan against property.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services or housing finance sector.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with the Chandigarh, Delhi-NCR, and Rajasthan regions is a plus.
