We are seeking a dynamic Senior Relationship Officer to join our leading wealth startup company. This role is pivotal in driving our mission of making goal-based investing accessible to the 'New Bharat.' The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of wealth management and a client-first attitude, with a proven track record in acquiring and managing high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and retail clients.

As a Senior Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring clients and advising them on a core suite of financial products, including Fixed Deposits, Life Insurance, Bonds, and Mutual Funds. This high-impact role blends relationship management with strategic financial planning, requiring you to build and manage a high-quality book of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Actively seek and onboard new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
Balanced Advisory: Provide tailored advice on the 'Core Four' financial products to ensure clients' portfolios are balanced between safety, yield, growth, and protection.
Portfolio Health:



Conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with their life goals and financial objectives.
Revenue Growth: Meet Assets Under Management (AUM) and insurance premium targets through ethical and transparent selling practices.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum Qualification: Graduates/Post Graduates from a recognized university.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in Wealth Management, Banking, or Insurance Sales.
Credentials: NISM (VA) and IRDAI certifications are highly preferred.
Skills: A solid understanding of debt markets, tax-saving instruments, and equity mutual funds is essential.
Mindset: A client-first attitude with a hunger for business development.
