JOb DISCRIPTION:-
1 Incoming & In-Process Inspection: Inspect raw materials (cooling pads, fan motors, pumps, body plastics/sheet metal, and electrical components) against engineering drawings and Quality Assurance Solutions standards.
2 Laboratory Testing & Validation: Conduct performance, durability, and safety tests on coolers (e.g., airflow testing, cooling efficiency, pump/motor load tests, leakage tests, and high-voltage/earth continuity electrical safety tests).
3 Audits & Compliance: Support internal audits, vendor/supplier quality audits, and regulatory certifications.
4 Calibration & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, verify, and calibrate lab testing instruments, wind tunnels, thermal chambers, and measurement tools per ISO/IEC 17025 or internal quality management systems.
