We are looking for an HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations and day-to-day HR operations for our events and activations business.

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant HR work experience is mandatory.

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources preferred.

Your role:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs in coordination with accounts.




Implement HR policies and ensure consistent communication across teams.
Handle employee queries, grievances and engagement initiatives professionally and confidentially.
Coordinate performance reviews, probation confirmations and employee development activities.
Manage exit formalities and support statutory compliance with the relevant teams and consultants.

Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
The ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgement.
A proactive approach, attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities.
Comfort working with HR systems, Excel and a rapid-paced team.
