JOB DESCRIPTION SALES ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Required Skills
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Accounts, preferably in FMCG, food products or wholesale trading.
Valuable knowledge of sales accounting, customer reconciliation and receivables management.
Working knowledge of GST and Tally / ERP systems.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid follow-up, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
Male Candiate only.

Preferred Candidate: A person with practical experience in handling multiple sales channels, particularly Distributors, Government sales and E-commerce / Q-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate accounting of sales invoices, credit notes, debit notes and sales returns.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve outstanding differences.
Monitor outstanding payments,



follow up on overdue receivables and prepare ageing reports.
Monitor payments, deductions and outstanding balances relating to Government Departments.
Reconcile sales, claims, schemes, discounts and other deductions made by major supermarkets.
Reconcile platform sales, commissions, discounts, returns, deductions and settlements with bank receipts.
Verify daily sales collections and ensure proper accounting and reconciliation.
Verify sales invoices and credit notes for GST compliance and assist in the preparation of GST returns.
Prepare periodic sales reports, customer outstanding statements and receivables ageing reports.
Maintain proper supporting documents and provide necessary details for internal and statutory audits.
