As a Debt Recovery Executive, you will play a crucial role in our collections team, utilizing your communication skills to effectively engage with customers and resolve outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to clients to follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions in the collections database.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving recovery rates and reducing delinquency.
Provide excellent customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts.




Prepare and send collection letters and notices as necessary.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to debt recovery.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in debt recovery or collections, preferably in a telecalling setting.
