Role Description The Process Integration Engineer is a full time, in office role based in Amritsar. This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and integrating manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product performance and quality. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing process data, identifying root causes of issues, and implementing corrective actions. The engineer will support research and development activities, oversee process qualification, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves documenting process flows, maintaining technical records, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess strong skills in Process Integration, with experience coordinating and optimizing complex process flows.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Physics to understand material behavior, device performance, and process interactions.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience or knowledge in Semiconductor Fabrication, including process steps such as deposition, lithography, etching, and metrology.
Candidates should possess experience in Research and Development (R&D;), including experimental design, data analysis, and prototype evaluation.
Candidates should possess skills in Failure Analysis, including root cause investigation, defect characterization, and implementation of corrective actions.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
Beneficial skills include proficiency with data analysis tools, statistical process control, and familiarity with quality management systems.
