Mandatory Skills:

IT Troubleshooting
Excellent Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 technical support to end users.
Handle incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Office 365 issues.
Resolve Active Directory-related issues.
Maintain and update support tickets.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility:
Any graduate preferred.




Minimum 1 year of relevant technical support experience.
Training, internship and bench periods will not be considered.
Comfortable with US shifts and versatile rotational shifts.
Willing to complete client-mandated training.
Graduation certificates and original mark sheets required for onboarding.
