The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions, particularly in the non-IT sector. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients to understand their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.




Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on the recruitment process.
Assist in mass hiring initiatives and BPO recruitment drives as needed.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
