As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.




Manage client acquisition and maintain solid relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Participate in mass hiring events and BPO hiring initiatives as required.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in sourcing and screening techniques.
