Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
