We are seeking a Quality Lab Engineer to join our team in the cooler industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality management systems and material testing, with specific knowledge of cooler parts. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Incoming & In-Process Inspection: You will be responsible for inspecting raw materials such as cooling pads, fan motors, pumps, body plastics/sheet metal, and electrical components against engineering drawings and Quality Assurance Solutions standards.
Laboratory Testing & Validation: Conduct performance, durability, and safety tests on coolers, including airflow testing, cooling efficiency, pump/motor load tests, leakage tests, and high-voltage/earth continuity electrical safety tests.
Audits & Compliance: Support internal audits, vendor/supplier quality audits,



and regulatory certifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Calibration & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, verify, and calibrate lab testing instruments, wind tunnels, thermal chambers, and measurement tools in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 or internal quality management systems.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of quality management systems.
Experience in material testing and inspection techniques.
Familiarity with cooler parts and their functionalities.
Ability to conduct thorough laboratory testing and validation.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
