The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our portfolio of retail banking clients, focusing on CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products, and catering to emerging corporates and high-net-worth individuals (HNI). This role requires a strong sales acumen and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with retail banking clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business prospects within the retail banking sector, particularly focusing on CASA products.
Collaborate with the Corporate Banking Group (CBG) to provide tailored financial solutions to emerging corporates.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide clients with insights and recommendations to enhance their banking experience.




Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the retail banking division.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in retail banking or a related field, with a robust understanding of CASA products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
