Key Responsibilities:
Lead the formulation development process for new products, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, quality assurance, and production, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Prepare and review formulation-related documentation, including FRD documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize formulations and improve product performance.




Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in formulation technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide junior scientists and team members in formulation techniques and best practices.

Required Skills:
