In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing IT candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, and databases. You will need to understand the specific job requirements for US IT positions and match suitable candidates accordingly. Your responsibilities will include screening resumes, assessing candidates based on their skills and experience, and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Additionally, you will maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

To succeed in this role, you should possess positive English communication and interpersonal skills,



along with a basic understanding of IT skills and technologies. Strong sourcing, follow-up, and candidate coordination skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets, as well as recruitment tools, will be beneficial. You should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and be willing to work during US business hours.
