We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our team in Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various accounting functions, particularly in plant and manufacturing accounting. This role will involve managing and reconciling inventory, vendor accounts, and various financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform plant accounting and manufacturing accounting tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
Conduct inventory reconciliation to ensure that stock levels are accurately reflected in financial statements.
Manage vendor reconciliation processes to verify and resolve discrepancies in vendor accounts.
Oversee GRN (Goods Receipt Note) reconciliation to ensure that received goods are accurately recorded.
Execute cost reconciliation and expense reconciliation to maintain financial integrity and control costs effectively.




Implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance and reduce unnecessary expenditures.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for accurate reporting and analysis.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of plant accounting and manufacturing accounting principles.
Proficiency in inventory reconciliation and vendor reconciliation processes.
Experience with GRN reconciliation and cost reconciliation.
Ability to perform expense reconciliation and implement cost control measures.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
