Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to prospective students through various channels, including cold calling and email communication.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to academic programs.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the institution's offerings to effectively communicate advantages and prospects to students.
Assist students in the application process, ensuring they have all necessary documentation and information.




Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing enrollment and improving student engagement.
Track and report on student interactions and outcomes to help refine counselling strategies.

Required Skills:
Robust inside sales experience with a focus on customer engagement.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for cold calling.
Ability to provide high-quality customer support and build rapport with students.
Familiarity with the voice process and sales techniques.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping students succeed.
