We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical systems and supervision, ensuring that all electrical projects are completed efficiently and safely. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, as well as managing a team of technicians and electricians.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians and electricians.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all electrical work.
Plan and schedule electrical projects, ensuring timely completion.
Conduct inspections and assessments of electrical systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.




Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and electronics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
